VascuLyse Treatment in Kansas City

Targeted Removal of Broken Capillaries, Skin Tags, and Common Skin Blemishes

VascuLyse is a non-invasive treatment designed to safely and precisely address minor skin irregularities such as broken capillaries, ruby points, skin tags, milia, and small benign blemishes.

Using controlled thermocoagulation, this treatment works by sealing or dehydrating the affected tissue while leaving the surrounding skin undisturbed. The procedure is quick, highly targeted, and typically well tolerated.

Over time, the treated area is naturally reabsorbed by the body, leaving the skin clearer and more refined in appearance. VascuLyse is ideal for clients seeking correction of specific concerns without aggressive procedures or extended downtime.

Skin Treatments

VascuLyse Session

30 minutes | $175
A focused treatment designed to address broken capillaries, ruby points, skin tags, milia, and small benign blemishes. Each session includes approximately 15 minutes of topical numbing followed by 15 minutes of precise thermocoagulation treatment. During this time, as many areas as can be safely and effectively treated will be addressed. For most clients, this may include multiple spots within a concentrated area.

The sensation is typically described as a brief, sharp prick. Mild redness or temporary darkening of treated areas is expected as the skin begins its natural healing process.

Additional sessions may be recommended for more extensive concerns.

Extended VascuLyse Session

60 minutes | $325
Designed for clients with larger areas of concern or multiple regions to be treated in one visit. This extended session allows additional numbing and treatment time to address more extensive clusters of capillaries, skin tags, or other minor skin irregularities. The same precise, targeted technique is used, with careful attention to skin response and safety throughout the appointment.

For very widespread concerns, treatments may still be scheduled over multiple visits to ensure optimal healing and results.

VascuLyse: Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect after treatment?

Treated areas may appear red immediately following the procedure. Small darkened spots or light scabbing can develop as the skin begins its natural healing process. This is expected and part of normal recovery.

How long does healing take?

Most areas heal within 5 to 10 days, depending on the size and location treated. The back and body may take slightly longer than the face. It is important to allow the skin to heal naturally without picking or exfoliating the area.

Will the treated capillaries or skin tags come back?

Once successfully treated, the specific vessel or lesion typically does not return. However, new capillaries or skin irregularities may develop over time due to sun exposure, genetics, or natural aging.

Is the treatment painful?

A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as a quick, sharp prick. Discomfort is brief and localized to the area being treated.

How many sessions will I need?

Some concerns can be resolved in a single session. More extensive areas may require multiple visits to ensure proper healing and optimal results.

Is there anything I should avoid after treatment?

Avoid sun exposure, excessive heat, and aggressive exfoliation while the skin is healing. Specific aftercare instructions will be reviewed at your appointment.

Who may not be a candidate for VascuLyse?

VascuLyse is intended for small, benign skin irregularities. Clients who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, uncontrolled diabetes, active infections in the treatment area, or uncertain skin lesions should consult with their physician prior to treatment. Any lesion that appears irregular, changing, or suspicious should be evaluated by a medical professional before being treated.
