Permanent Makeup Consultation:  Guidelines & Booking Process

Whether you are wanting Hairstrokes, Ombré Powder Brows, it all begins with a “Consultation” 30-mins ($50) with Kristine Kay.  Please wear your brow makeup to the consultation.  A thorough consultation is required for all permanent makeup eyebrow procedures. We will thoroughly discuss your overall health and condition of your skin, as well as, your expectations and desired effect.  As a cosmetic tattoo artist Kristine has her unique style of creating soft, organic and natural-looking brows with an aesthetically pleasing brow lifting effect.  She will remove your brow makeup and draw in her brow design for you. The consultation allows you both to see if you are a good fit to work together in creating beautiful brows.
