At Kristine Kay Skin Spa, we strive to create a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure your visit is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Booking Appointments
Convenient online scheduling is available via the “Book Now” link. New clients will need to register as a new user. If you experience technical difficulties, please click here for assistance. To ensure your preferred time and day, we recommend scheduling your next service before leaving the studio.
Confirming Appointments
To help you stay on top of your schedule, you’ll receive three appointment notifications:
- Appointment Confirmation: Once your appointment is accepted, you will receive the first text or email confirmation.
- Reminder to Confirm: Four days before your appointment, you’ll receive a second notification with a link to confirm your appointment. Please confirm by clicking the hyperlink.
- Final Reminder: A third reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Important: Appointments must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled.
Arriving for Appointments
We encourage all clients to arrive on time. Starting promptly allows you to enjoy a relaxing and leisurely service. Late arrivals may result in shortened services, as we cannot guarantee full appointment time. For more details, see our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment via text or phone call. We cannot accept cancellations or rescheduling requests through email or the online booking system.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total service cost, as we lose the opportunity to accommodate another client during that time.
Children
To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. This is your time to relax and enjoy!
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the service price and may be given at your discretion. Your generosity is always appreciated.
Perfume-Free Zone
Please refrain from wearing perfume or heavily scented products during your visit, as some clients may have allergies or sensitivities.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, notify us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 100% service fee.
No-Shows
Appointments missed without notice (No-Shows) will not be permitted to schedule future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the cancellation of all pre-booked appointments.
Late Arrivals
Out of respect for all clients’ time, late arrivals will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Full service fees will apply regardless of the reduced treatment duration.
Additional Policies
- No Refunds: We maintain a strict no-refund policy.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
